Emma de Carolis


After the degree in Business Economics Emma had a 12-year experience in the Marketing Dept. of Procter & Gamble.

During this period, on top of the local marketing experience, she had a European responsibility and an assignment in the Trade Department as trade-marketing coordinator for major Italian retailing Brands.

After leaving P&G she worked in Alitalia as Relationship and Communication Marketing Manager with responsibility for the design and the development of the worldwide strategy and marketing plan of the Millemiglia loyalty program, the Alitalia Direct Marketing activities and ATL and BTL Communication.

Then she was Marketing Director in Api, an Italian petrol company, with responsibility for the development of the strategic and operational marketing for the Brand, including the training activities for the sales forces.

Her latest experience was in American Express where she was part of the startup team of Payback, a coalition loyalty Program, with responsibility for the Communication.

Emma is from Rome where she lives with her husband and their 10-years daughter. In her spare time she loves cooking, travelling, practicing sports and being with friends.
