Antonella spent most of her 25 years working experience in Shell, in particular in fuel retail and chemicals, covering a wide range of positions (a.o. marketing manager and retail GM) in Italy, in The Netherlands and in virtual international organizations. She left Shell 6 years ago to manage the integration of a major acquisition for a private Italian oil company. She subsequently led, as general manager, a big change program for a leading Dutch/Italian LPG company.
Her experience and core competences are in the field of marketing, human resources and organizational changes. With a pragmatic approach based on strong logical and analytical skills, she is passionate about making things happen and solving business issues of different nature, focused on bringing
relevant added value to clients. For her, the key factors to achieve results are: creating motivation and team work.
Antonella studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Genoa and holds a Master of Marketing obtained at the Catholic University of Tilburg (NL); she is fluent in English and Dutch while Italian is her mother tongue.
She is passionate in history and art. She loves running and travelling around the world with her husband.
