Going through the results we found two interesting distinctions between what participants took out of 2021 and how they see 2022 unfolding.
- Participants were considerably more positive than negative about 2021. They were
satisfied with how they had managed to cope with the personal and professional
challenges created by the Covid crisis. - In 2022 participants expect a shift in focus. The main themes expected for 2022
concern societal questions like creating a more open and inclusive society,
addressing the climate crisis, accepting a new way of living with Covid and the
need for leadership.
