Thriving in the evolving hybrid workplace
Join us for a reflection dialogue about what you can learn from the Covid-crisis and how these observations can inspire better ways of working.
Reflection is at the heart of Synthetron. Our platform is created to be a safe space for reflection and sharing. In our work with clients around the world, these participant-reflections are turned into insights that help our clients move forward.
Reflecting is also a transformative process in itself. The action of reflecting is what helps us create meaning from our observations and experiences. If we want to grow as leaders, professionals, and individuals this “making sense” through reflection is crucial to inform our future mindset and actions. The process of reflection is how we turn our observations and experiences into learning.
That is why we are introducing Synthetron Reflection Moments.
Building on our experience facilitating thousands of sessions for the world’s leading companies in the unique interactive and safe space of the Synthetron platform, we invite you to join us for monthly moments of curiosity and reflection.
During this 1 hour interactive written session, professionals from around the world will share their experiences and expectations for the post-Covid time. You will gain new insights from your own reflections as well as from the insights and ideas from your peers.
The reflection moment is facilitated by top consultants from Synthetron.
We look forward to reflecting and learning with you!
