This model has been used in more than 100 companies and various consultancies have built their own change implementation around this.

Since 2023, Leo is Managing Director of Synthetron NV.

He holds a BA degree (Hogere Economische School Amsterdam), Strategic Marketing degree (NIMA-C) and is a registered management consultant after his Change Management study (ICM) at the Open University. That is done by the client or by a consultancy. Leo works together with many local and international consultancies and a great team of professionals.
He is member of the supervisory board of CGMV (a small Dutch trade union).

He spends his leisure time with his family and friends, sailing, travelling, discovering wine. He’s an active member of his church.
