Overview

After 18 years in the multinational energy business Catherine joined Synthetron in 2004 to focus on offering behavioural research and advice to a wide range of clients. She loves to find the hidden story, believing that everybody has their reasons for behaving the way they do then finding ways to nudge behaviour in the right direction for society or business. She developed MindSet Analysis in Synthetron to identify motivation patterns and communication implications.

Qualifications: BSc in Mathematics, postgrad qualifications in social research, strategy, economics, colour psychology and LaB profiling.

Catherine is active in her inner-city community, helping create a community art-cafe, volunteer-run library and community gardening as well as regularly visitng a Syrian refugee camp to work with arts and empowering women. She is a lifetime Fellow of the RSA and a Founder Member of the Strategic Management Forum. Her 3 almost-adult children give her plenty of learning opportunities in change management!
